If we want to show off bright and healthy hair we should maintain a balanced diet that includes many food with beneficial properties for the health of the scalp and of the hair fiber, to maintain it well hydrated and to provide it with the right nourishment./span>
The most important elements to maintain a good hair quality are proteins, minerals and vitamins. Vitamins are essentials nutrients for the general wellbeing of our body. The vitamins of group B, and then vitamins A, C and E have strong antioxidant properties, stimulate cellular regeneration and contrast the tendency to wear out.
A good hair structure is also determined by the right intake of proteins that act directly at the level of the hair fiber to fortify it from the inside.
