Payment Methods
- Credit Card: via on-line secure server form, SSL 128 bit encrypted, with VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DINER'S.
- Paypal
- Wire Transfer: package will be shipped after payment confirmation by our bank.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
- Standard shipment Euro 8,00 (Germany, France, Spain) UPS/DHL service delivery 2-3 days.
- For other European countries Euro 15,00 using UPS/DHL service delivery expected 5-7 days.
- For other countries shipping costs calculated basing upon destination country - delivery time 7-15 days.
- For urgent Express Courier shipments, send an email to info@k-max.com for the shipping costs quotation, depending on destination. Extra costs will be charged on credit card or must be wire transferred befor shipping.
EXTRACEE shipping costs:
- Variable price visible on the cart at checkout. Import duties costs to be paid by the Recipient upon delivery of the package.

Additional costs
Displayed prices are VAT included. VAT taxes 22% are applicable to any EEC customer while will not be applied to customers outside the EEC.
Invoicing
When a customer has a valid VAT number or upon request, he may ask us the invoice for the order made which will be sent via e-mail in a valid text format. Request can be send via e-mail to info@k-max.com
Lost or Damaged package (K-max.com limited liability)
k-max.com does not hold any responsibility for any lost of shipment due to shipping carriers mistakes or wrongdoings. Under any CIRCUMSTANCES, K-max's liability limits to assist package locating.
Money back refund policy
Products purchased may be returned for a full credit, minus shipping and handling charges.
However, before any product may be returned, the customer must notify to WILCO Srl, within 15-days of your original purchase date, that you desire a refund for the product purchased.
In order to obtain a refund, Customer may ask a money back refund within 15 days from the date of the delivery, sending a request via mail to WILCO S.r.l., Via Manzoni 16, 24020 Ranica (BG) ITALY.
Refund can't be done on opened and/or used products. Product must be sent back sealed and properly packed to avoid any damage, and into the original packaging. Refound will be done after a proper check to verify the perfect condition of the returned product.
Shipping must be carriage paid.
