Is it recommended to apply the product to dry or damp hair?

The ideal application is to damp hair after shampooing: apply the product and pat with fingertips to distribute the product evenly. The product must not be rinsed. Proceed, as usual, for combing / drying.

However, the product can also be used on dry hair.
